About Ayer Oil Co.
Ayer Oil Company was started in 1967 and is still family owned. Company President Kevin Horgan believes, as did his father and company founder Chuck Horgan, that a company is only as good as its people. Employees of Ayer Oil act as an extension of the Horgan family resulting in customer relationships that are built on trust.
Continuing its history of innovation and growth the company acquired May & Hally located in Groton, MA in 2006.
Kevin and his team, while priding themselves on the company's longevity of service, also know that research and development efforts are critical to meeting customer needs. This has lead to the implementation of new programs such as TankSure, the expansion of relationships with leading equipment manufacturers such as Lennox and taking initial steps necessary to introduce Biofuels into the product line.
